Job Title: Packer
Location: Pontyclun
Shifts:
AM: Monday to Friday 6am to 1:30pm
PM: Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 9:30pm
Nights: 11pm to 6am Sunday, Monday to Wednesday 9:30pm to 6am and Thursday 9:30pm to 2am
Pay Rate: £14.65 - Rotational shift patter/ £16.28 - Nights
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with good team working skills and a 'can do’ attitude. You will be able to follow instructions effectively and work on your own initiative with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Team leader / Production Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that production targets are met and performance complies with company quality, environmental and safety policies
- Lead safety by personal example
- Raise housekeeping standards to departmental standards
- Working in a fast paced environment
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a similar QC role within a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred but not essential.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required shifts.
