- Administer and coordinate all parts and accessory orders for assigned customers
- Accurately input and manage data in the Epicor ERP system
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and distribution teams
- Keep customers updated on order status and delivery lead times
- Take ownership of customer queries and follow them through to resolution
- Identify and support opportunities to improve service processes
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure GDPR compliance
- Produce reports and support informed decision-making using data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident when handling challenging customer queries
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Previous experience in sales, manufacturing, or automotive retail
- Analytical and data-driven, with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Fluent in French and/or German
