Contek are currently working with a reputable precision engineering company, located inPontypool, Wales. Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking for a skilledCNC Millerto join the team on afull-time, permanentbasis.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:The company specialises in delivering precision subcontract machining solutions to a wide range of core industries worldwide, including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Defence, and Marine.
PAY:£18 - £22 per hour (Depending on experience)
WORKING HOURS:Monday to Thursday (07:00AMuntil 17:00PM) and Friday (07:00AMuntil 15:00PM) - Flexible for the right person.
OVERTIME:Overtime is available consistently and is paid at the regular hourly rate plus 20% on top.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working on a range of 3 and 5-axis Mazak CNC milling machines.
- Programming using Mazatrol controls.
- Producing parts and components for the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Defence, and Marine industries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working on Mazak CNC milling machines is required.
- Previous experience programming using Mazatrol controls is required.
- A committed and driven approach to work.
- Ambition to stay with the company long-term.
- To have a hardworking approach towards daily requirements.
- To be able to work unsupervised.
- To be positive and self-motivated.
