Are you looking for a new role in education as a Teaching Assistant?
Academics have a fantastic opportunity for you. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team and start a long term role as a TA in a welcoming, supportive and friendly school in Pontypool. The school have a fantastic senior leadership team and our candidates love going there.
Key requirements
- Support the classroom teacher in the preparation and delivery of lessons
- Work with small groups of children or on a 1:1 basis, helping pupils with their basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Develop and maintain a positive environment for pupils to learn in.

What do we need from you?
- Two recent and professional references
- Enhanced DBS and registration with the EWC (We can assist you with this)
- Ability to work Full Time
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
