Aftersales Advisor (German Speaking)Pontypool, Torfaen | Full Time | Permanent | £30,000 per annumHybrid Working: 1 day working from homeDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentAbout the RoleOur client is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor fluent in German to join their Sales team. This role is primarily B2B and combines customer service, sales support, and administrative responsibilities. It involves soft selling to existing clients and supporting the full aftersales process to deliver outstanding service.You'll be responsible for following up with customers who have already placed orders-calling them to confirm details and professionally upsell additional parts or products that complement their purchase. This is a soft-selling approach focused on adding value for the customer.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process parts/accessory orders for German-speaking B2B customers
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information within the Epicor ERP system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Communicate order updates, delivery timelines, and resolution of any issues
  • Handle customer queries professionally from start to finish
  •  Support upselling opportunities through soft sales techniques 
  • Maintain GDPR compliance and high standards of customer service
  • Prepare reports and contribute to service process improvements
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Fluent in German
  • Background in B2B customer service, aftersales, or sales administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise workload
  •  Confident dealing with customer queries and resolving issues
