The successful candidate, will:
- Be experienced in managing a large-bedded nursing service
- Have exceptional knowledge, experience and understanding ofDementia and Nursing Care
- Be confident in leading and managing a large nurse and care team
Essential
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experience managing a large-bedded service
- Experience managing a large nurse and care team
- Exceptional knowledge and experience of Nursing and Dementia Care
