Description
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgetary plans.
- Provide input into the strategic planning process.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Continually improve financial planning and analysis processes.
Profile
A successful FP & A Analyst professional should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis practices.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- An understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
