We’re supporting our client with the recruitment of two exciting fixed-term opportunities for People and OD Partners:
  • 1 x Part-Time (22.2 hours per week) – Contract until 31st March 2026
  • 1 x Full-Time – Contract until 31st July 2026
These roles offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), enhanced annual leave entitlement, and flexible hybrid working, along with a range of additional benefits.This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking People professional to work closely with senior leaders across the business, delivering the full spectrum of HR and Organisational Development services. You’ll play a key role in driving cultural and behavioural change while supporting critical transformation initiatives aligned to the organisation’s people strategy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic direction
  • Develop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Lead on workforce and succession planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union representatives
  • Advise on and manage complex employee relations matters
  • Champion performance improvement across the organisation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Guide and support managers through change, engagement, and HR initiatives
  • Analyse and interpret MI data to inform decision-making and drive improvements
  • Support and facilitate leadership development and corporate training programmes
  • Line manage a HR Advisor and HR Assistant
  • Promote and embed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) in all practices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner capacity
  • A track record of delivering successful change and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and unions
  • A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong strategic and operational HR expertise
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
