An exciting opportunity exists for a Parts Advisor at a reputable multi-franchise car dealership in Pontypridd.
The role requires previous experience in a busy Parts Department and strong communication skills to serve both trade customers and the general public.
The salary is fully dependent on experience, with the potential to earn a gross profit targeted bonus between £1,000-3,000 per annum.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and the position offers 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after three years of service.
Full brand-accredited training and development, as well as a workplace pension scheme, are also included in this role.

Parts Advisor

Basic salary is fully dependent on experience & current earnings.
Access to a gross profit targeted bonus, which is between £1,000-3,000 per annum
Overtime is available, which is paid at time and a half.
Full brand-accredited training and development available.
22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays increasing to 25 days after 3 years of service
Workplace pension scheme.

Working within a Parts Department of an Automotive car dealership you can expect a fast-paced environment and as a Parts Advisor you will play an integral cog in the success of the business.The successful Parts Advisor will be:

An experienced Parts Advisor with a previous working experience in a busy Parts Department.
A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems

As a Parts Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts.
