Your new role
- First point of contact for incoming calls and emails (emails via a shared mailbox)
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Copying & collation support - keeping files up to date
- Secretariat support for meetings - agendas, minutes & actions
- Data entry (surveys and activity database)
What you'll need to succeed
- Confident dealing with telephone queries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office packages
- Previous administrative experience
- Must be available to work in the office full-time (no hybrid working)
What you'll get in return

- 13.41 per hour
- Temporary role until March 2026 with possible extension
