Management Accountant | £30,000-£32,000 | Poole

Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and growing organisation? We're partnering with a well-established automotive business based in Poole who are seeking a part qualified accountant to join their small, collaborative team at their head office.
  • Location: Poole
  • Type: Full-time | Permanent
  • Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
The RoleReporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in driving the finance function. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Producing and presenting accurate month-end management accounts
  • Developing detailed departmental performance analysis
  • Handling composite reporting (motor trade knowledge advantageous)
  • Preparing year-end accounts
  • Managing VAT returns and balance sheet reviews
  • Liaising with external auditors
What We’re Looking For
  • Part Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Previous experience within the Motor Trade is an advantage
  • Strong communication, admin, and organisational skills
  • Confident working under pressure and independently
