Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and growing organisation? We're partnering with a well-established automotive business based in Poole who are seeking a part qualified accountant to join their small, collaborative team at their head office.

Location: Poole
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

The RoleReporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in driving the finance function. You’ll be responsible for:

Producing and presenting accurate month-end management accounts
Developing detailed departmental performance analysis
Handling composite reporting (motor trade knowledge advantageous)
Preparing year-end accounts
Managing VAT returns and balance sheet reviews
Liaising with external auditors

What We’re Looking For

Part Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong IT skills, especially in Excel
Previous experience within the Motor Trade is an advantage
Strong communication, admin, and organisational skills
Confident working under pressure and independently
