TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Mixed Tax Semi-Senior or Senior to join a fantastic, leading firm of chartered accountants in Poole, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an experienced, fast-growing tax team in a mixed compliance and advisory capacity with exposure to both corporate and personal tax.

You will have excellent exposure to a range of clients across the Southeast and you will work closely with the Managers and Partners, looking after compliance, and supporting with ad hoc advisory work too.

The position will be built around the candidate's experience and aspirations. 

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, with responsibility for compliance work and identification of tax planning opportunities
  • Dealing with enquiries and assisting staff and Managers
  • Tax advice and tax planning
  • Regular correspondence with clients, HM Revenue & Customs, and third parties as required
  • Supporting the managers and partners to develop and grow the department
Requirements
  • You will be ATT and/or ACA/ ACCA/ CTA qualified with at least 2+ years of experience within practice.
  • You will have strong experience in preparing personal tax and corporate tax returns.
  • Advisory experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Benefits

This salary will likely be between £35,000-£46,000 but it will be dependent on experience and qualification status. You'll benefit from flexible working, good quality work and a varied tax role.

Our client offer a generous holiday allowance but it will depend on whether you will require study support.

If required, you will be given full study support towards a CTA, or ACA/ACCA qualification.
