This role is for you if you have experience as an IFA Administrator and you’re looking for a new challenge. You will benefit from joining a large team where you will receive support and exposure to an abundance of knowledge enabling you to develop. Core Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to your Financial Planners.
  • Obtain valuations, product details, and other key information for analysis.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process new business, withdrawals, and fund switches, working closely with our Paraplanners.
  • Handle client and third-party queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliant and well-organized client files.
  • Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in every aspect of your role.

Key Skills & Attributes

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands the Financial Planning process.
  • Thrives in structured environments and follows defined business processes.
  • Can work independently and achieve outcomes without constant supervision.
  • Is highly organized, accurate, and detail-focused.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
  • Excels at multitasking and prioritizing workloads effectively.
  • Has strong IT skills and is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Xplan is a plus – but don’t worry, they provide full training!
