We are seeking a Repairs Scheduler to join a Private Sector Contractor in Poole, Dorset on a permanent basis.
The salary for this position ranges from £27,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
The role involves working closely with the repairs team, scheduling initial repairs, and liaising with customers.
Candidates should have previous experience in scheduling repairs and possess excellent customer service skills.
This position requires the ability to organize and prioritize a workload, and the working hours are 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

As a Repairs Scheduler you will be doing:

Working closely with the repairs team
Scheduling initial repairs and liaising with customers
Dealing with emails and inbound calls from customers
First point of contact with customer
Experience required for a Repairs Scheduler
Previous experience in scheduling repairs
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to organise and priorities a work load
