We are working with a growing business seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and driving sales growth.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales process across a range of products. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process quotations and orders accurately via phone, email and live chat, ensuring timely completion.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries politely and efficiently.

  • Make proactive outbound calls to manage accounts, generate leads, and explore new business opportunities.

  • Advise customers on products to help meet their requirements and maximise sales potential.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quotes and orders are accurate and meet customer needs.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products during the sales process.

  • Maintain organised sales records and perform general sales administration tasks.

  • Work towards personal and team sales targets, contributing to a positive team environment.
