Finance Administrator - Poole - up to £28,000

An experienced Finance Administrator is required for an established distribution business based in Poole.Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role would suit someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment think mini-Amazon! You will be detailed oriented and well-organised. You will excel in data entry, consistently delivering accurate and timely results, have a can-do attitude and can handle pressure. You will:-

  • Produce daily sales invoice
  • Post and allocate funds received based on customer remittance
  • Process customer credit card receipts
  • Enter manual invoices/credit notes
  • Upload key data to customer/supplier portals
  • Register and post general stock purchase invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies
  • Monitor generic email boxes and assign to team to respond
  • Provide cover/support for other roles within the department, including sales ledger, credit control and other ad-hoc duties as needed
