Sales Development Representative | Poole | ÂŁ30,000 - ÂŁ32,000 + Bonus

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective engineering customers—introducing them to high-performance mechanical components that solve real technical problems. Your role is all about prospecting, nurturing, and qualifying leads for the wider sales team. Working closely with marketing and the Head of Sales, you’ll build momentum with every outreach, helping fuel the business’s ambitious growth plans.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll benefit from:

As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold companies and new products
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
  • Building relationships with engineering prospects and uncovering their needs
  • Working with marketing on outbound campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborating with sales and technical colleagues to pass on qualified opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting on performance, identifying ways to improve conversion

As a Sales Development Representative, your skills and experience will include:
