The Role:

• Crafting and assembling high-quality bespoke joinery
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings with precision
• Working with a variety of materials, including hardwoods, laminates, and solid surfaces
• Ensuring impeccable attention to detail and superior craftsmanship
• Collaborating with a dedicated team in a well-equipped workshop
• Occasionally assisting with on-site installations

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a joiner, ideally within the staircases or bespoke interiors sector
• Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Competence in using a range of woodworking tools and machinery
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for design
