As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and support business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives, manage marketing calendars and optimise campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Track and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools and data-driven insights
  • Create compelling content for print, digital, and social media platforms to engage target audiences
  • Support PR efforts and manage email marketing and client communications to foster strong relationships
  • Oversee website updates, SEO, and performance to enhance online visibility and user experience
  • Drive social media strategy and engage with online communities to build brand presence
  • Deliver successful exhibitions and events to showcase the company's offerings and expertise
  • Support marketing automation and CRM journeys to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Assist with internal marketing communications to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay on top of industry trends to inform marketing strategies

Who They’re Looking For:

  • Background in property, real estate, or construction sectors is preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills to create compelling and persuasive content
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and analytics tools like GA4, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for design tasks, preferred
  • Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach to driving marketing initiatives forward
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Interest in the UK property industry and understanding of market trends and dynamics
