Day-to-day of the role:- Identify and develop prospects, working closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most appropriate product.
- Demonstrate product options, adapting to customer buying strategies and encouraging product experiences through test drives.
- Negotiate prices, payment methods, and finance arrangements directly with customers, adhering to company guidelines.
- Participate actively in training and development opportunities to help achieve the company's aims and objectives.
- Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any additional services or work before the delivery date.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain relationships, and foster future business.
- Plan and organise daily selling activities, such as making calls to sales prospects to generate new business.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless service to customers.
- Ability to plan, organise, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Quick assimilation of information and ability to provide considered responses.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines to meet business needs.

- Proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
