CNC Operator – Nights, Poole, £18.18
Purpose
Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a relaxed, supportive environment and a better work-life balance? You’ll be responsible for running and maintaining CNC lathes, ensuring batch production runs smoothly throughout the night. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, keep machines running efficiently, and contribute to a calm, productive team environment.

As a CNC Operative, you’ll work Monday to Thursday, 5PM – 3AM (40 hour week) benefiting from a 3-day weekend! There is optional overtime for longer days or Fridays.
As a CNC Operator, your duties will include:
- Operating CNC lathes and Mills with Fanuc controls
- Monitoring large batch production and keeping machines running
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Performing tool changes and basic machine maintenance
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
