We are currently working with a well-established precision engineering manufacturer in the Poole area who are looking to recruit skilled CNC Turner and Miller to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner or Miller who enjoys working in a high-quality, close-tolerance environment and is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.
The Role:
Setting and operating CNC machines (Turning or Milling)
Editing programs at the machine (where required)
Working from detailed engineering drawings
Producing precision components to tight tolerances
Carrying out first-off and in-process inspection
Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping
About You:
Previous experience as a CNC Turner and/or Miller
Confident working in a precision engineering environment
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, Haas or similar controls (advantageous)
Quality-focused with good attention to detail

Salary up to 38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours
