Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking to join a precision engineering company that values quality craftsmanship?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK engineering firm with over 35 years in the industry. Based in Poole, they operate from spacious, modern facilities equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines and offer a supportive, professional environment.
The Role:
As a CNC Turner, you'll be responsible for programming and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision components. You'll work from technical drawings, perform tool changes and setups, and maintain high standards throughout production.
Responsibilities:
Program, set and operate CNC turning machines
Work from engineering drawings and specifications
Perform basic inspections to ensure quality
Conduct tool changes and setups
Load machines and manage manual handling where necessary
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What You'll Need:
Proven CNC Turning experience (3+ years preferred)
Confident using Fanuc controls
Ability to work with precision in both small and large batch runs
Strong understanding of technical drawings
What's on Offer:

Overtime at 1.5x rate
