Location: Poole

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 + shift allowance

Working Hours:

  • Week 1: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Week 2: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Mon-Thurs)

37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and operate CNC turning machines efficiently
  • Maintain high quality standards and minimise non-conformance
  • Perform routine machine maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures
About You

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC setting and operation
  • Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • High attention to detail and strong quality focus
  • Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with Siemenss and/or Fanuc controls
  • Skilled in working with aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, and composites
