CNC Mill/Turner - Setter/Operator - Night Shift
- Location: Poole, Dorset
- Hourly Rate: £20.16 – £21.36 (night shift allowance included)
- Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday to Thursday nights (Friday off!)
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Start Date: ASAP
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading aerospace precision engineering firm in Poole for a fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator to join their night shift team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC Mill/Turn lathe machines usingFANUC controls.
- Manufacture precision-turned components to customer drawings and specifications.
- Inspect your own work to drawing and SPC requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of engineering quality and 5C/5S workplace organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
- Strong, proven engineering ability — fully skilled.
- Experience with FANUC controls and a solid background in the aerospace sector.
- Knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is advantageous but not essential.
