CNC OPERATORS & GENERAL MACHINISTS

Our client is a trusted leader in high-quality precision engineering, specialising in producing complex components across various industries, ensuring exacting standards for every project.

About You

We are looking for graduate and general machinists, CNC Operators & apprentices to join a reputable business in the Bournemouth/Poole area. The company is looking to take on trainee, CNC Operator, general macinist or junior level of machinists, to provide full training and support in developing into a fully skilled machinist.

CNC Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision part
  • Collaborate with experienced machinists to learn setup, calibration, and operation of advanced CNC equipment
  • Support production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in all outputs
  • Participate in R&D activities after probation, contributing to new product development and process improvements

CNC Operator Requirements:

  • Recent graduates/college, CNC apprentices, general machinists or junior-level machinists passionate about a career in precision machining
  • Willingness to learn and develop CNC machining skills, interest in mechanical engineering.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Interest in ongoing learning and development within the manufacturing/CNC Machining industry
