About You
We are looking for graduate and general machinists, CNC Operators & apprentices to join a reputable business in the Bournemouth/Poole area. The company is looking to take on trainee, CNC Operator, general macinist or junior level of machinists, to provide full training and support in developing into a fully skilled machinist.

CNC Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision part
- Collaborate with experienced machinists to learn setup, calibration, and operation of advanced CNC equipment
- Support production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in all outputs
- Participate in R&D activities after probation, contributing to new product development and process improvements
CNC Operator Requirements:
- Recent graduates/college, CNC apprentices, general machinists or junior-level machinists passionate about a career in precision machining
- Willingness to learn and develop CNC machining skills, interest in mechanical engineering.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Interest in ongoing learning and development within the manufacturing/CNC Machining industry
