Rate: £30,000 TO £34,000 depending on experience.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch
Every third Saturday mornings 8.00 am to 12 noon.
Holiday: 20 days annual holiday plus 8 bank holidays (Pro rata in first year). Holiday increases with time served
Additional benefits after 12 months employment.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor based in Poole.
Working in a fast paced environment at a busy depot you will be a key member at the heart of the operation.
This is a very hands-on role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the service department and assisting with workshop control, to maximise productivity and efficiencies, retail invoicing, ensuring that the customer experience is kept to a high standard.

You must have proven experience in similar positions. Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure. You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.
You will be working within and alongside the Service and Parts Teams and HGV Technicians.
As this is a customer facing role a company uniform will be provided.
