Sprayer - Poole
TeamJobs are currently working with a fantastic company, recruiting for a Sprayer to join their team on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of surfaces by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure they are ready for finishing work.
- Mix paints, lacquers, and other coatings to the required specifications, ensuring consistency in colour, texture, and durability.
- Operate spray guns and finishing equipment to apply coatings evenly across different materials.
- Quality checking and meeting high finish standards.
- Organise the spray booth area, ensuring all safety procedures are followed and materials are stored and handled correctly.
- Follow production schedules and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a spraying role or operating spray equipment, ideally gained in a workshop, factory, or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with surface prep techniques.
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- 7am to 3.15pm
- 15 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- No weekends required!
