Administrator/ Document Processor | Poole | £28,000

As Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as loan agreements and legal charges
  • Ensuring legal documentation meets internal standards and audit requirements
  • Liaising with panel solicitors and third-party legal teams
  • Supporting internal departments including Underwriting, Onboarding, Finance, and Marketing
  • Handling general administrative tasks with strict confidentiality

As Administrator, your experience will include:

  • Previous experience within administration ideally within legal, property or finance. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently or in a team
  • Document processing experience
