The jobWe are excited to partner with an established and friendly Nursery organisation based in Poole who are currently seeking dedicated & compassionate Nursery Practitioners to join the friendly and professional team.

There are three nursery settings all within the Poole area and there is opportunity for either full time or part time (3 days per week) available.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children in our nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have a nurturing personality.

Your role- Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities- Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness of the nursery- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum- Monitor children's behavior and communicate any concerns to the Nursery Manager- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and incidents- Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development

Qualifications & Experience- Level 3 Childcare & Education or above- Previous experience working with young children- Knowledge of child development principles and practices- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
