Maintenance Engineer, Poole, £45,000
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the continued efficient and safe running of production machinery, as well as undertaking general maintenance across the site. With a bias for electrical / electronic principles, you’ll be familiar with a range of electro-mechanical systems.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:
- Implement a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule for production machinery across the site.
- Be available for reactive maintenance, reducing machinery down-time.
- Working to improve plant efficiency and performance.
- Providing technical engineering support to the manufacturing team
- Coordinating maintenance activities with your teammates, ensuring all safety and site policies are met.
- Completion and communication of reporting and tracking documentation.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience undertaking maintenance activities on machinery.
- The ability to maintain accurate PPMs and service records.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical safety systems.
- An understanding of health and safety documentation, including food safety.
- Completion of relevant Engineering Qualification (eg NVQ / HND).
