You'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team, working alongside Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and fellow Administrators to provide high-quality support throughout the advice process. The role:

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting the advice process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing client documentation, reports, and meeting packs
  • Processing new business and liaising with product providers
  • Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
  • Supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with administrative tasks
  • Managing client communications, both by phone and email
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with compliance and company procedures

  • Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management administration role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working with clients and internal stakeholders
