- Managing import shipments from arrival to delivery for air and sea freight
- Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and other third parties
- Maintaining accurate shipment and financial data within CargoWise or similar systems
- Completing profit and loss checks and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Responding to customer queries and monitoring shared inboxes
- Supporting the wider team and maintaining SOPs
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills (advantageous)
- Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics (preferred but not essential)
