As an Import Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing import shipments from arrival to delivery for both air and sea freight
- Overseeing customs documentation and compliance requirements
- Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and third-party providers
- Maintaining accurate shipment data and financial records
- Resolving operational challenges to ensure timely deliveries
As an Import Operator, your experience will include:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in import operations (air and sea preferred)
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills (advantageous)
