HR Administrator - Part Time - Poole - Up to £27,000 Pro Rata
Are you an experienced HR Administrator or a skilled Administrator looking for a new challenge?

What you'll be doing:
You'll support all aspects of HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, absence tracking, and employee records. You'll also assist the HR Advisor and provide meeting support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR systems (starters, leavers, data changes)
- Support onboarding and inductions
- Track absences and probation reviews
- Prepare contracts and personnel files
- Provide data and reporting
- Take notes in meetings (e.g. disciplinaries)
What we're looking for:
- Strong admin and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- HR experience desirable but not essential
- Organised, discreet, and professional
- Driving licence preferred
