Our client is Private Members Club in one of the most unique locations on the South Coast.

What's involved?
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be supporting the Sous and Head Chef in the day to day running and management of the kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your previous experience of working within Hotels and Restaurants to produce great food for functions and events, while on a day to day basis providing snacks and light bites for the Members. Your daily duties will consist of some of the following;

  • Assisting the Sous Chef and Head chef in leading the team to maintain a high standard of service at all times.
  • To ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and Food safety is maintained at all times
  • To produce all dishes to a high standard upon presentation of the recipe.
  • Jointly responsible for preparing kitchen cleaning rotas, supervising cleaning schedules and signing off on a weekly basis.
