- Process orders and quotations for existing and new customers
- Liaise with Customers, suppliers & other third parties (email, telephone)
- Sales Administration - order updates, internal CRM, produce quotes
- Provide customer service and sales admin support to a global customer base, and other third party distributors / partners.Â
- Manage the sales inbox to ensure that orders or requests for quotations are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Respond to queries from through various inbound channels (Direct end users, resellers, rental partners and a strong network of existing customers).
- Deal with enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and provide the sales team with regular updates through the sales order process.
- Ensure that you deliver an excellent level of customer service, to consistently exceed customer’s expectations.
- Answer incoming calls, talking to customers on the phone and dealing with enquiries politely and efficiently.
- Timely preparation of customer quotations and processing of customer orders in the CRM/ERP system. (system training to be provided)
- Maintain and update the CRM / ERP with accurate customer information and correspondence to ensure an effective communication and compliance trail.
- Obtain and negotiate quotes from suppliers for road, sea and air freight and ancillary items.
- Follow up with customers by phone, email and Teams to obtain feedback on quotations and orders
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing team with any additional administration tasks, as required.

- The ability to interact with professionalism and build relationships with people across a multi-cultural, global customer / distribution base.
- Previous experience of using a CRM/ERP software system such as; 123 Insight, Sales Force, Oracle or SAP – full systems training will be provided.
