Senior Fire Delivery Manager - Poole

£60,000 per annum, full time Monday to Friday.

Based primarily from the office in Poole.

Day to Day:

  • Day to day management of a fire safety contract in domestic properties
  • Working on council contracts
  • Managing 4 Contracts Managers
  • Working with the rest of the senior management team to achieve excellent results.
  • Dealing with building safety procedures and processes

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Fire doors level 2 qualification would be a bonus
  • Excellent building safety knowledge
  • Experience of managing senior managers and teams
  • Experience of managing a large-scale maintenance contracts
  • Experience of working with strict processes and procedure
  • Good technical building knowledge & understanding
  • Working for client or contractor in building safety previously
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office programmes,
  • Full Driving license
