Senior Fire Delivery Manager - Poole
£60,000 per annum, full time Monday to Friday.
Based primarily from the office in Poole.
Day to Day:
- Day to day management of a fire safety contract in domestic properties
- Working on council contracts
- Managing 4 Contracts Managers
- Working with the rest of the senior management team to achieve excellent results.
- Dealing with building safety procedures and processes
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Fire doors level 2 qualification would be a bonus
- Excellent building safety knowledge
- Experience of managing senior managers and teams
- Experience of managing a large-scale maintenance contracts
- Experience of working with strict processes and procedure
- Good technical building knowledge & understanding
- Working for client or contractor in building safety previously
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office programmes,
- Full Driving license
