CMA HR is assisting with a supportive organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis.  The role is working remotely with occasional travel fo team meetings.

The role supports the Employee Relations team ensuring proactive and timely case management to business leaders.

What will Employee Relations Manager role involve?

  • Work in partnership with senior managers to prepare and implement HR Plan. Drive delivery of all elements of the HR Plan with your Team ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work collaboratively within a designated team to evolve and embed a professional solution focussed service.
  • Supervision and development of a small team.
  • Provide sound advice and guidance, supporting leaders to competently deal with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues / sickness, sensitively in line with policy principles.
  • Provide insight to ensure the continued development of relevant employment related people policies and procedures.

Suitable Candidate for Employee Relations Manager vacancy:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of employment law, core HR and experience of employment relations case management.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified is desired.
  • Happy to work autonomously reacting to issues promptly as they arise to reduce impact and avoid business risk.
