We’re working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a busy payroll bureau supporting a well-known charity. This role plays a key part in managing the full payroll process and acting as the main liaison between the bureau and the charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly payroll process from start to finish

  • Review reports submitted by care homes and homecare offices during week one to resolve issues early

  • Support management accounts during quieter periods in week two

  • Distribute draft payslips, resolve queries, and sign off final payroll in weeks three and four

  • Handle payroll-related tasks including HMRC payments and P11D submissions

  • Be the central point of contact to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth communication across all parties
