HR Administrator | Poole | Part- time (Ideally 25 hours across 5 days) £27,000 FTE + bonus

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Administrator or early-career HR professional to take a pivotal support role within a high-performing HR team, working for a globally recognised manufacturing company based in Poole.

As HR Administrator, you’ll:

  • Manage all day-to-day HR administration and ensure accuracy across systems
  • Support onboarding, inductions, and the setup of new employee files
  • Monitor shared inboxes and act as a key point of contact for HR queries
  • Track absences and holidays, and support probation and disciplinary processes
  • Assist with blue-collar recruitment and agency worker data management
  • Provide admin support to projects, meetings, and employee lifecycle processes

As HR Administrator, your skills and experience will include:

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in administration within a busy, process-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence in managing employee data
  • A discreet and professional approach when handling confidential information
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in HR
  • The ability to work independently and know when to ask for guidance
