- Knowledge of labelling/printing systems and handheld scanning devices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., OData, APIs)
- Knowledge of SQL for reporting and troubleshooting
- Previous involvement in ERP/WMS implementation projects
