An Estimator position is available with a main contractor in Poole, focusing on various fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Candidates should have experience working for a main contractor and possess a construction background as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Manager.
A good knowledge of the JCT form of contract and proficiency in Microsoft packages are also required for this role.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Poole, whoare a main contractor working on various for out and refurb projects.

Requirements:

Experience working for a main contractor
Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
