Scheduler | Poole | £35,000

Are you a methodical and analytical planner who takes pride in ensuring workflows run smoothly and according to plan? Do you thrive in a structured, reliable environment where precision and consistency are key?

As a Scheduler, you’ll play a central role in translating production forecasts into detailed schedules, coordinating materials and logistics, and maintaining the processes that keep operations on track. This is a full-time, permanent position where you can drive operational excellence through your attention to detail and systematic approach.

As a Scheduler, your responsibilities will include:

  • Shop-floor Scheduling: Produce and release detailed work orders in line with MRP inputs and planning guidance
  • Material Coordination: Monitor parts availability and liaise with suppliers and logistics to meet “start on time” targets
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with engineering, sales support and stores teams to resolve planning anomalies
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems and generate reports to highlight progress and risks
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and support initiatives to enhance planning quality and efficiency

As a Scheduler, your skills and experience will include:

  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a methodical mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or similar planning tools
  • Excellent communication skills, able to distil complex scheduling information into clear updates
  • A proactive, accountable approach with a passion for consistency, quality and operational excellence
