- Manage full end to end lifecycle of multiple BID / Tender projects
- Interact with senior stakeholders across the business, to manage BID projects
- Excellent Proposal Writing and Project Management experience essential
- Manage the full bid lifecycle – from initial opportunities to winning contracts.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, on-brand proposals, ensuring they meet all client and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, procurement, finance, operations, and marketing to create compelling Bids and Tender proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies and cost models
- BIDS and TENDERS Project Management:Â Create and manage project plans, coordinate timelines, resources, and content to deliver bids on time and in line with SLA's.
- Manage the bid library and improve processes for future success.
- Engage with clients during clarification stages, presentations, and negotiations.
- Post Bid Analysis and reporting
- Manage public sector and other portals, for opportunitiesÂ
- Experience of managing bids, tenders, or proposals from start to finish.
- Project Management experience - interacting with internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that project time lines and requirements are met
- Strong written and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively
- A self starter, who has confidence in a stand alone role, collaborating with several key stakeholders at senior levels in an organisation
- A proactive approach to identifying and winning opportunities.
