As Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing jigs, fixtures, and tooling using SolidWorks
- Optimising production line layouts with AutoCAD
- Driving Lean, Six Sigma, and 6S initiatives
- Supporting production teams with technical troubleshooting
- Leading training and process audits to ensure compliance
- Developing test equipment and validation procedures
As Production Engineer, your experience will include:
- Proven background in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- HND or equivalent in Engineering
- Proficiency in 3D CAD and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with change management and problem-solving
