- Scheduling and booking in both service and installation visits for engineers
- Communicating with engineers and fitters regarding jobs
- Ensuring customer needs are communicated and supported
- Analysing data to improve the performance of the team and service from an administration perspective
- Providing ad hoc support in any other area required by the business
- Ideally previous experience working within service or install administration and coordination
- Excellent administration skills and abilities
- Strong communication, with a particular focus on telephone communication
- Organised and diligent approach to work, with strong attention to detail
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new systems and software
