NET Recruit is supporting a construction business who are seeking an Installation Administrator to join the business in the Greater Poole area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Scheduling and booking in both service and installation visits for engineers
  • Communicating with engineers and fitters regarding jobs
  • Ensuring customer needs are communicated and supported
  • Analysing data to improve the performance of the team and service from an administration perspective
  • Providing ad hoc support in any other area required by the business
You MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Ideally previous experience working within service or install administration and coordination
  • Excellent administration skills and abilities
  • Strong communication, with a particular focus on telephone communication
  • Organised and diligent approach to work, with strong attention to detail
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new systems and software
PLEASE NOTE: There will be the expectation to work on occasional Saturdays (rota-based) with additional pay granted.Your OpportunityThis is a fast-growing business within the construction and building industry, who are rapidly expanding their client base and offerings within the market.
