Rubicon is working exclusively with a long-established, highly respected construction based in Poole to find a proactive and reliable Project Administrator. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of processes, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be a key part of a collaborative project and production team.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm (15 min morning break, 30 min lunch break)

As the Project Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and updating drawings, schedules, and site documents
- Tracking project samples and delivery notes, maintaining sustainability documentation
- Preparing Health & Safety and Construction Phase Plans
- Maintaining detailed records, project timelines, and request follow-ups
- Supporting with compiling O&M manuals at project completion
- Championing accuracy and consistency across all administrative processes
As the Project Administrator, your experience will include:
- Previous experience in a project administration, construction admin, or technical admin role
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- A helpful, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow systems, processes, and work to agreed timelines
- A practical and proactive mindset, someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done
