Project Administrator | Poole | £30,000

Rubicon is working exclusively with a long-established, highly respected construction based in Poole to find a proactive and reliable Project Administrator.  This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of processes, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be a key part of a collaborative project and production team.

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm (15 min morning break, 30 min lunch break)

As the Project Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating drawings, schedules, and site documents
  • Tracking project samples and delivery notes, maintaining sustainability documentation
  • Preparing Health & Safety and Construction Phase Plans
  • Maintaining detailed records, project timelines, and request follow-ups
  • Supporting with compiling O&M manuals at project completion
  • Championing accuracy and consistency across all administrative processes

As the Project Administrator, your experience will include:

  • Previous experience in a project administration, construction admin, or technical admin role
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • A helpful, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow systems, processes, and work to agreed timelines
  • A practical and proactive mindset, someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done
