Our client, a busy distribution company, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support, develop, and manage multiple marketing elements across their key brands. The company is a successful and vibrant, family-run business managing a number of core products that enjoy strong online presence, UK stockist distribution, and a rapidly expanding export network.

Entering the next phase of its growth—driven by new product development and product launches, brand extensions, and an evolving marketing strategy—the business is now seeking a talented marketer to help shape and deliver campaigns that maintain and build on the healthy brand awareness and growth.

We're looking for a driven and creative individual with a product-led background and a strong track record of delivering impactful marketing work. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates exceptionally well, and is passionate about using modern tools and insights to make a difference.

About You

You will be an excellent communicator with a creative flair and commercial acumen. You will be self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will up to speed with the latest digital tools and marketing techniques and understand how to work to tight deadlines, and have a real drive to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and sales performance.
  • Create compelling, on-brand copy for web, email, social media, packaging, and other collateral.
  • Produce and edit video content for use across digital platforms.
  • Leverage Google Analytics 4 to monitor campaign effectiveness and provide data-led recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, tools, and best practices—bringing new ideas and approaches to the table.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong copywriting skills, demonstrated through past marketing work.
  • Video creation and editing experience, including scripting and post-production.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns end to end.
  • Proven ability to drive marketing performance and meet business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, with the ability to extract insights and apply them to improve campaigns.

Strongly Desirable

  • Experience in a marketing agency or similarly dynamic in a multi-project environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing CRMs
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, analytics, or campaign support.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
