Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team in Poole. They are looking for an organised, adaptable professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days are the same. Role Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of marketing activities — from updating the website and launching new products to refining SEO and re-merchandising.
  • Plan, create, and deliver email campaigns that engage audiences and achieve measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing and website performance, providing insights to guide future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Trading Managers to produce marketing materials, compile reports, and support daily team operations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase marketing efficiency.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly when plans change.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse performance to improve strategies.
  • Experience in SEO, website management, and email marketing tools is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as JIRA, Semrush, Algolia, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Salesforce would be advantageous.
